Deputy Managing Director of The United Bank, was nominated among the top 50 influential women in business 2017.

Amwal Al Ghad magazine, had selected Deputy Managing Director of The United Bank, Nevine Kashminry, among the top 50 influential women in business sector 2017 during its an annual assessment survey on the best performance of companies in the Egyptian market.

Under the patronage of Prime Minister Eng. Sherif Ismail, In the presence of a large number of ministers including: Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning, Minister of Local Development, General Abu Bakr Al-Guindi, Minister of Business Sector, Khaled Badawi, and Minister of Transport, Hisham Arafat.

Nevine Kashmiry successfully led the restructuring and regulation of all business sectors in The United Bank, according to the latest international banking system and was able to launch The United Bank's credit portfolio to make significant leaps in record time in line with the Bank's strategic policy.

At the level of large and small, medium and micro enterprises, Nevine Kashmiry divided them into five main sectors: the corporate finance sector, the large corporate finance sector, and the SME finance sector. As well as the startup finance projects in the medium or long term according to cash flows and feasibility studies that require banking and technical expertise in accordance with international standards, as well as the sector of financing that is compliant with the provisions of Islamic law.

At the retail banking level, Kashmiry has planned to develop the existing banking products and introduce new products tailored to the nature of the age and the requirements of customers, especially the youth.

Nevine Kashmiry has extensive banking experience in the area of credit, especially corporate credit and retail banking. She has worked with a number of major banks including the Egyptian Gulf Bank, the Greek Piraeus Bank and the International Bank of Egypt since graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science.

She has also obtained many specialized certificates and banking, administrative and credit training courses both in Egypt and abroad. Which led to the leadership of the credit sectors and positions in the senior management, which represents the backbone of a number of banks such as: the preparation of banking leaders in Greece, the certificate of how to manage credit at the American University in Cairo and the certificate of credit management companies from the Arab Academy in Jordan, and the certificate of management of integrated banks of Deutsche Bank Nusanshaf Bank in Germany and a course in developing managerial skills in England, as well as for the study of governance and others.

She has held a number of positions as a member of the Board of Directors of United Leasing Company, the financing arm of The United Bank, Prime Holding Securities Company, Tanmia Microenterprise Company, Al Shabaa Company, Medaco Pharmaceutical Company and others.

This is in addition to her charity work as a member of the Rotary Club of Qasr El Nile and her contributions to charity work in the bank for her belief in volunteer work to support and serve the community.

Under the title of women are coming, says Nevine Kashmiry - that women have proved the ability to face and absorb shocks and turn them to successes at all levels, especially the banking sector. There are many models for the successful leadership of women, whether in the government or on the axes of the Egyptian economy and The Central Bank of Egypt and the world as well.
