The United Bank grants 133 employees The United Bank Chairman’s Excellence Award 2021

For the second year in row, The United Bank granted 133 The United Bank Chairman’s Award for Excellency 2021. In order to encourage those with distinctive performance making a leap creating an annual competitive arena that encourage development and innovation in the fields of management, banking and FinTech in accordance to the latest FinTech and banking practices.

The United Bank Chairman’s Award for Excellency aims to adopt 5 vital rules which are: establishing excellence principles and values, quality of banking services, good governance, Fintech applications, meeting customers’ needs according to international standards.

The award is divided into two categories:

The first category: is directed to the distinctive individual performance on both branches and departments levels in which 100 distinctive employees were chosen to be awarded.

The second category: is directed to collective-executed projects. Where 5 projects were chosen to be implemented and carried out within The United Bank 2022 strategy.

These 133 calibers were selected after a series of practical and personal assessments in the professional functional performance and modern banking services and Fintech.

The excellence competition revealed 133 members of UB team, who are distinguished for their innovation, excellence and great ability to apply the highest international banking quality standards.

The United Bank Chairman’s Award for Excellence 2021 is based on three major axes.

The first axe: achieving UB’s vision and strategy based on innovation and encouraging innovators as a solid foundation to sustainable growth.

The second axe: motivating those with exceptional performance among branches, departments and customer services. As well as attracting different segments to achieve the Egyptian state vision and The Central Bank in the transformation into a non- monetary society, and expanding the financial inclusion base.

The third axe: encouraging the collective projects and creative ideas regarding services and products. The thing that stimulates team work to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction and result maximizing.

Ashraf El Kady- The United Bank president declared his happiness with this annual marathon that witnesses functional, innovative, intellectual and administrative movement in the UB.

The award expresses appreciation to human efficiencies within The United bank. The thing innovative ideas to move forward into more innovations especially in the FinTech field.

He stated that the excellence award through the last two years shed light on the successful corporate and administrative experiences. Honoring competencies creates a positive leading attitude among different sectors. The thing that contribute in enhancing skills and excellence competencies.

El Kady assured the importance of supporting the intensive qualifying banking and digital process for those with distinctive examples through training courses and specialized workshops. Which are provided by experts in many digital and banking fields. That enhances the corporate vision and organizational work to promote the innovative and creative attitude and developing the participants’ skills and knowledge.
