The United Bank is to launch UB Chat Bot service on its website to enrich Customers the digital banking experience

The United Bank announced the launch of UB Chat Bot service -the virtual assistant- through its website. In order to facilitate services provided to customers and giving them an additional privilege for individual banking transactions package, either traditional or compatible with sharia provisions.

Under the slogan of #Your_Online_Bank, UB provides the new Chat Bot service enabling clients and website visitors to make an instant interactive conversation, either in English or in Arabic. The thing that reflects flexibility and speed to contact the client 24/7 without the need to go to any of UB 68 branches.

UB Chat Bot features

UB Chat Bot provides services for clients and website visitors through the virtual assistant option that reply instantly on different requests and simplify the access to banking services, either traditional or compatible with sharia provisions. Moreover, presenting the distinctive digital services package provided by UB:

  • UB products (accounts, certificates, deposits, cards, loans)
  • UB services (digital services, offers and discounts, currency converter)
  • Applying for a UB product.
  • Locations of UB branches and ATMs.
  • Availability to speak to customer service agent.
  • Getting to know all kinds of banking services provided by UB, either traditional or compatible with sharia provisions.
  • Identify the funding features, provided either to individuals or to corporates with its different kinds and entrepreneurships.
  • Getting to know the digital services package mobile banking, internet banking and UB digital wallet.

Commenting on the launch of the new service, Ashraf El Kady- CEO and Managing Director said that Chat Bot service is one of the digital transformation techniques that proved globally its efficiency.  On the level of clients, the targeted clients, and on the internal level of corporates, as it improved the performance of work team, especially the customer service team and sales team.

The international MacKinsey company 2023 report refers to the digital transformation process in banking sector. The report stated that those banks with big investments in the infrastructure will be the earliest to collect the fruitful of market shares expansion, and maximizing the property right.
