The ambassador of Nepal in Egypt Jhabindra Prasad Aryal awarded Nevine Kashmiry - Deputy Managing Director of The United Bank as the ambassador of Goodwill within the Egyptian diplomatic mission 2020. In its second session of the 25th Summit organized by a diplomatic magazine - the first specialized magazine in the diplomatic corps.

This honor comes as part of the Nepalese plan to promote tourism, culture and trade between the Egyptian people, the Nepalese people and othes.


Common economic denominators between Egyptian people and the Nepalese people

Commenting on the event, the ambassador Nevine Kashmiry said that she is happy with this choice, especially as it opens new horizons for joint cooperation and contributes to increasing the volume of trade exchange between the Nepalese people and the Egyptian people. In addition to extending and strengthening relations between the two countries, especially in the commercial, cultural and tourism fields.

Nevine Kashmiry added that there are common denominators between the Egyptian people and the Nepalese people, especially in the cultural and tourism fields. Volume of trade exchange

The ambassador Nevine Kashmiry expressed that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to 12.8 million dollars in the past 2019. Kashmiry added that there are great opportunities to maximize the volume of commercial activity between the two countries in the field of infrastructure, transportation, and logistic services, especially as we are located on the same new Silk Road.

Nevin Kashmiry added that the Egyptian diplomatic mission 2020 will work to connect the business community on the Egyptian and Nepalese sides by organizing more visits and investments. As well as taking advantage of the financing available from development funds and banks, whether Arab, European, African or Chinese.
