“UB Got Talent” team is to perform its annual show to enhance the cultural and institutional identity

For the third year in row, The United Bank talent’s team is to perform its annual show promoting the cultural and institutional identity. With the aim to build an integral service community through discovering, supporting and qualifying the innovators to achieve a sustainable development.

The cultural evening gathered the 41 UB talented members. The show presented many talents such as stand-up comedy, sarcastic poetry, Arabic and English singing, handmade crafts, religious oratorio and acting, to reach 41 talented employees. Representing 68 branches, 29 central departments and 3 headquarters.

Ashraf El kady, President of The United Bank stated that UB Got Talent team has been launched three years ago, specifically in 2019. Along these past years, the team managed to hold many cultural and athletic activities in four main fields.

  1. In the athletic field: the team has participated in many local sports events. As well as, they organized a competition in Bowling.
  2. In the marketing field: UB Got Talent team has organized many internal training courses to help some of their co-workers. Intending to intensify their qualification and enhance the team work spirit, and culture in many other sub fields. such as; persuasion skills and sales skills. In addition to organizing many internal competitions to support culturing in the banking field. Like in Fin Tech and innovating new products.
  3. In building up and qualifying cadres field: UB Got Talent team has organized many internal training courses in computer basics. Directed to promoting the efficiencies and qualifying development of the general performance. As well as in Enneagram science, which divides individuals into 9 types of personalities. In order to make the training and learning process easier and to direct each person into the job that suits his\her personal characteristics.
  4. In the cultural field: The United Bank has posted artistic, cultural and religious posts (such as Ramadan prayers, feasts ceremonies, etc..) in different events on its social media platforms: facebook, linked in, Instagram and the UB’s channel on you tube.

In addition to discovering many talents in poetry, monologue and stand-up comedy. Besides launching internal page to show the skills of UB the work team members in handmade crafts. Like: wood carving, painting and embroidery. These distinctive products were internally directed and promoted through the United Bank’s internal page.

El kady indicated that granting opportunities to these innovators equals a lifetime journey. He added innovators are capable of future manufacturing. As they enjoy special gifts and steadfast faith in development and creation. Besides the great desire to self-proof. That’s why giving them the chances to practice their talents will have a positive impact on their lifetime journeys.

El kady assured that investing in these talented has many impacts. The first is on the talented person him/herself. Through discovering their secrets of distinction, encouraging and developing their abilities to practice their talents. In addition to provide them the audience who estimate these talents. The second on other work team members who also enjoy benefits. As providing an internal integral completion within the UB’s work environment.

He explained that the main goal of this talented team “UB Got Talent” is to create the first integral community consists of work team members to support and promote one another professionally, socially and culturally. The United Bank adopted these valuable strategies. The UB talents incubation develops and raises the human elements qualifications and enhances the mindset identity of the corporate aiming to achieve the sustainable growth.
