The United Bank’s youth initiates blood platelets donation for hospital 57357

As part of the social responsibility of The United Bank, and to encourage young bankers from the team to donate blood platelets to the children of the hospital 57357, The United Bank’s youth led the annual campaign to donate blood in all 53 branches and departments spread throughout the Republic.

Where the delegation of The United Bank led by Ashraf El-Kady - Chairman of The United Bank and Nevine Kashmiry - Deputy Managing Director of the business sector, Dr. Ahmed El Ghandour, Assistant Managing Director, Gihan Abu Hussein, Head of Ethar Development Sector, and a large number of youth visit Hospital 57357 and were received by Dr. Ahmed El-Moneim, Head of Public Relations Department, Hassan Osama, Head of Banks Department, Hospital 57357, where they briefed the delegation of the United Bank on the hospital and the latest research and methods of treatment of cancer in the hospital, which contribute to raising the cure rates for cancer patients.

Ashraf El-Kady, chairman of The United Bank, said in response to the launching of the campaign that the aim is to encourage youth to play their social role and donate blood for the benefit of the children, stressing the importance of donating blood as a behavior and a humanitarian initiative that all people, especially children.

The Bank is always seeking to adopt these social initiatives, which reflects the values and mission emanating from the strategic objectives of the institution.

Ashraf El-Kady praised the excellent reception of hospital 57357 and the wonderful organization and role played by the hospital for the treatment of Egyptian children.

Regarding the intensity of the participants in the annual blood donation campaign of the bank, El-Kady pointed out that the participation comes from the deep belief in the value of volunteer community service, especially when it comes to human life, especially children.
