The United Bank celebrated the graduation of a new batch of Holy Quran memorizers of all levels in Alexandria Governorate and that is within the framework of the annual competition organized by The United Bank, which will be launched in 16 governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 

In the presence of the Deputy Governor of Alexandria, Major General / Jamal Al-Din Muhammad Rashad and Ashraf El-Kady - Chairman of The United Bank and Faraj Abdul Hamid - Vice Chairman of The United Bank and Sheikh / Mustafa Abu Zaid - Chairman of the Central Administration of the Alexandria region represented by Sheikh Al-Azhar and Dr. / Mohamed Shaalan - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Beheira Governorate, Sheikh / Faraj Abu Samak - Chairman of the Holy Quran Committee in Beheira Governorate and Engineer / Hamdi El Khouly - Captain of Engineers in Beheira. In addition to an elite of the staff of The United Bank, parents and custodians.

 

Commenting on the launch of the competition's activities this year in 16 governorates at the level of the Republic, Ashraf El-Kady - Chairman of The United Bank says that the future of this nation depends on its youth and their ability to develop and continuously improve themselves socially and practically and keeping pace with global technology. As well as the continuous giving to the country and working to build and advance it.

 

He expressed his great pleasure in increasing the number of applicants for the competition every year. And also to the increased number of governorates that are running competition events. He added that this is conclusive evidence of faith and the spread of religious culture within the fabric of Egyptian society and the Egyptians' keenness to instill this culture in the younger generation to increase its ability to work and give.

 

Ashraf El Kady emphasized that The United Bank will continue to sponsor this competition annually due to its belief in the importance of the role it plays in building religious awareness of correct concepts and avoiding misconceptions. It will also continue to encourage its subscribers to further develop and work to spread religious culture, as it is a contest of love and faith and an essential pillar of giving to this country.
