Laky forum launches #hope_industry Hashtag to inspire The United Bank’s team and increase productivity

The United Bank Laky forum launched hashtag #Hope Industry inspiring team to increase their productivity, and achieve the target growth as per UB 2030 strategy. Amid the economic, political and social changes resulted from the global challenges.

The event was attended by Ashraf El Kady, president of The United Bank and Nevine Kashmiry, deputy managing director for business sectors The United Bank along with A large number of UB ladies.

The cultural event relied on deepening the impact of the soft forces at The United Bank in creating a positive culture and emphasized the keenness of the institutional corporate communication as a partner in highliting all the achievments and successes of UB that are taking place on the ground.  By conveying a realistic picture of the work team which contributes to spreading the spirit of hope, optimism and amobition for more furture sucessess.

Germien Amer, head of corporate communication stated that #hope_industry event is regarded as one of the most important motives for success, teamwork spirt and increase the individual’s productivity. Thus, achieving the sustainable development in communities. Optimism and hope industry reflect on the individual’s life, the thing that pushes him/ her forward to diligently overcome all challenges they face to accomplish their plans for development and improvement.

She added that hope industry is considered as a unique art that needs the participation of all community members from school, family, media and the state institutions. Pointing that the states and its institutions are very much committed to hope industry among the people to unleash human powers and achieve sustainable development. They especially target youth and women as they are fuel for development.

Amer highlighted the 4 main cornerstones for hope industry, which are: setting the goal, continuous education, good planning, and spreading the culture of optimism, positivity, and trust.

She added that organizing like these evenings comes from UB president  Ashraf El Kady and management’s deepest belief in the importance of democratic dialogues with the work team on the scale of UB 68 branches and the headquarters. That’s to encourage the freedom of expression, discovering and encouraging young cadres, and developing their skills for a professional future leadership.

She explained that UB corporate communications plan 2023 include organizing many more evenings in this scope. It started with launching Laky forum, because women represent 30% of UB team. Adding that woman can make hope industry with high professionalism either on professional level or on the family level. she praised the media role as one of the hope industry factors. That’s through transmitting real positive visions and vibes. In addition to the continual inspiration, review community honorable models and experiences who achieved progress in order to unleash the potentials towards sustainable development.
