Accessing all your accounts and information about your transactions with all other banks, which you deal with them directly or indirectly, as well as obtaining all documents, data and information related to your personal capacity or in your capacity as the authorized to sign, manage, borrow and pledge on behalf of the company which you represent. Additionally you authorize the bank to access and enquire all available information and data among any governmental or non-governmental body, as well as in the circulation of this information and data between the authorized bank and the rest of banks. You also authorize the bank to disclose this information and data to any third-party in accordance with the provisions of the Central Bank and Banking System Law - Articles 140 and beyond, as well as accessing and inquiring of information and data among The Egyptian credit bureau I-Score and the banks that you deal with or the represented company deals with, as well as the Central Bank or similar entities. 2. The bank has the right to accept or reject the financing request, according to the bank’s crediting policy. 3. Terms and conditions are applied. 4. A bank official will contact you within 48 hours.
