The United Bank Awards 75 Employees for their outstanding Performance

For the fifth consecutive year, The United Bank has awarded 75 outstanding employees CEO's Excellency Award for The Best Performance. This award aims to encourage distinguished individuals and to create an annual institutional movement and competition that targets development and innovation in the field of management, banking, and technology, in accordance with the latest global banking and digital practices.
UB Excellency Award aims to implement corporate values and principles, including quality of banking services, governance, digital technology applications, meeting customer needs according to global standards, deepening institutional values, and promoting a culture of community volunteerism. The award is divided into four categories:
● Category One: Dedicated to distinguished individual performance across UB 68 branches and various departments.
● Category Two: Includes collective banking and digital projects.
● Category Three: Innovative ideas and solutions that contribute to improving the quality of banking services provided to customers.
● Category Four: Contributing to social and cultural projects that aim to deepen institutional values and promote a culture of volunteerism.
A series of practical and personal examination were conducted in the field of modern banking sciences, and digital applications. The competition highlighted the distinction of the 75-awarded employees, their innovation, excellence, and significant ability to apply the highest global banking quality standards.
The United Bank Excellency Award relies on three main pillars:
● Pillar One: Achieving The United Bank's vision and strategy based on innovation and encouraging creators as a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
● Pillar Two: Motivating outstanding performers at the branch and customer service levels, as well as working to attract various segments to achieve the Egyptian state and The Central Bank of Egypt vision of digital transformation to a cashless society and expanding the financial inclusion base.
● Pillar Three: Encouraging collective projects and innovative ideas for products or services, which promotes teamwork aimed at excellence, customer satisfaction, and maximizing results.
Ashraf El Kady, CEO and Managing Director, The United Bank, said that, he is pleased with the launch of this annual marathon in its fifth edition, which witnesses a functional, intellectual, creative, and administrative movement within The United Bank.
The award expresses United Bank's appreciation for human competencies, which encourages creative thinkers to move forward towards more innovations, especially in the field of digital banking.
El Kady expressed that the results of the Excellence Award over the past years highlight successful institutional and administrative experiences, and honour competencies, which creates a positive leadership mind-set across various sectors, contributing to building excellence skills and competencies.
Ashraf El Kady stressed on intensive qualification support, both banking and technical, for these distinguished models through training courses and specialized workshops to enhance the institutional vision and organizational work, to improve innovative and to develop the knowledge and skills of the participants.
