The United Bank and Kafr El Sheikh University center for career development is to sign a cooperation agreement to qualify graduates with labor market skills

The United Bank and Kafr El Sheikh University center for career development announced signing memorandum of cooperation to enhance successful partnerships towards qualifying youth graduates with the required skills in the work market.
In the presence of General Alaa Abdel Moety- Kafr El Shiekh governor, Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky- President of Kafr El Shiekh University, Dr. Amany Shaker- Kafr El Shiekh University Vice president for Community service and Environment affairs, Dr. Ghada Labib- Deputy Communications Minister, Dr. Alaa El Lakany- Faculty of Computers and Information, Dr. Alaa Ghazy- Veterinary Faculty. In addition to UB work team Layla El Desouky- Head of Nile Pioneers Delta region, Haitham Mohamed- Manager in Corporate Communications, and a number of UB representatives. The signage took place in the University center for career development.
The memorandum establishes organizing a number of orientation seminars about UB Nile Pioneers centers, and their specialized services in the banking industry either conventional banking or compatible with Sharia provisions. As well as, providing a set of technical consultation in order to support and qualify the students. Furthermore, holding many training courses that aim to elevate their capabilities, exchanging expertise, and providing inspiring role models that encourage the students and upgrade their efficiencies. In addition to receive experts from local and international institutions to make recruitment seminars, while emphasizing the importance of follow- ups and continual evaluations to the protocol, in order to insure achieving its targeted results.
Commenting on signing this memorandum, Ashraf El Kady- Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, The United Bank stated that this fruitful cooperation with Kafr El Sheikh University center for career development is regarded as a strategic step towards developing the students’ skills and qualifying them to the work market. That is in line with the Egyptian state and The Central Bank of Egypt to achieve sustainable development.
From her side, Dr. Amany Shaker- Kafr El Shiekh University Vice president for Community service and Environment affairs, pointed out that this cooperation memorandum will work out to accomplish the expected results for the students keeping pace with the work market requirements. Which will enhance the corporate partnership in achieving the co- targets towards qualifying the students and graduates to work as per required standards.
