Celebrating Mothers’ Day 2025, The United Bank has launched its latest campaign under the slogan "Welcome... to Unconventional Mother's Day Gifts," encouraging all Egyptian mothers to express themselves and choose gifts that suit them from 7 diverse and innovative financial gifts and banking solutions:
1. Millionaire Certificate: Customers and non-customers can purchase the Millionaire
Certificate for 100 Egyptian pounds and its multiples, and gift it to their mothers in
appreciation of the great role mothers play in their children's lives. This can be done
through any of UB's 68 branches across the country. All certificates enter a
monthly draw for prizes totalling 4 million Egyptian pounds annually.
2. U-Got-A-Gift Card: An exceptional gift for mothers on their special day, giving them the opportunity to shop and freely choose the gift that suits their needs. Customers and
non-customers can purchase the card from any of UB's 68 branches and present it as a gift to their mothers. UB also allows writing a greeting message on the
card in the mother's name. The U-Got-A-Gift card enables all types of purchases inside
and outside Egypt with complete security, whether in shopping centers or online, using the OTP security code.
3. Goodness Certificates: A range of certificates and savings vessels that are linked to the mother's name for various periods ranging from one to three years. They guarantee
diverse investment returns for the mother monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
4. Rakhaa Credit Card: The first Sharia-compliant credit card in the Egyptian banking
market. It can be issued in the mother's name according to the allowed credit limit.
Rakhaa card offers the longest repayment period of up to 20 months. It also grants
Card-holders a number of points and significant rewards according to their purchasing
systems. The card operates inside and outside Egypt under the Sharia-compliant
Murabaha system.
