• برجاء التأكد من وجود علامة قفل الأمان 🔒 بمتصفح الإنترنت عند زيارة روابط الخدمات الرقمية بالمصرف المتحد عبر الإنترنت وقبل إدخال أي معلومات شخصية او اسم المستخدم او الرقم السري. .

• برجاء عدم الاحتفاظ بأرقامك السرية أو كلمات المرور الخاصة بالخدمات الرقمية بالمصرف المتحد بشكل واضح ومفهوم الدلالة والحفاظ على سريتها في جميع الأوقات وعدم مشاركة هذه المعلومات السرية مع أشخاص اخرين وعدم استخدام نفس كلمة السر على أي مواقع اخرى على شبكة الانترنت لضمان الحفاظ على سرية حساباتك البنكية والتعامل معها بشكل أمن.

احذر هجمات التصيد والمحاولات الاحتيالية

• برجاء العلم بأن المصرف المتحد لن يقوم بطلب أي بيانات سرية تخص حسابك مثل اسم المستخدم او كلمة المرور عن طريق الهاتف او البريد الإليكتروني، فبرجاء توخي الحذر وتجنب الهجمات الاحتيالية المماثلة.
• لا تقم بالضغط على أي روابط تحتويها رسائل البريد الإلكتروني التي قد تصلك باسم المصرف المتحد حيث انها في الغالب رسائل احتيال تهدف لسرقة بياناتك.

• Always use authentic software to avoid infecting your devices with malware.
• Always check the correctness of United Bank’s retail internet banking link in your internet browser before accessing, link: https://www.theubeg.com:4343/eb/internet .
• Please ensure the presence of the security lock mark 🔒 in your internet browser when visiting United Bank’s internet banking and digital services websites before providing any personal or confidential information i.e. user names or passwords..
• After completion of the needed usage of United Bank’s digital services, please press the “Sign out” button and make sure that your session is terminated on your computer or mobile phone.
• Please review the internet banking successful access attempts and the last successful access date on the United Bank's internet banking application or mobile application. Username and Password Security

• Please do not keep your confidential PINs or passwords for your United Bank’s digital services in a clear text format and do not make them easy to guess and please keep them confidential at all times and do not share this confidential information with other people and do not use the same password for any other websites on the internet to ensure that the confidentiality of your bank accounts is maintained.
• Choose a password that is difficult to guess when using United Bank’s digital services. The password must consist of at least Eight Characters and contains Upper Case and Lower Case Letters, Numbers and Special Characters such as (! @ # $% ^ & *).
• Do not choose a password that contains easily guessable information such as:
  o Your username, your name, the names of your relatives or the names of your children.
  o Your birth date or the birth date of your children and relatives.
  o Your national ID, driver’s license number, or your car’s license number.

Beware of Phishing Attacks and Fraud Attempts

• Please be aware that United Bank will not request any confidential data related to your internet banking and digital services accounts such as your user names or passwords via phone or e-mail, so please be careful and avoid similar fraudulent attacks.
• Do not click on any links contained in the e-mails that may reach you in the name of the United Bank, as it is often fraudulent messages aimed at stealing your confidential information.
• Do not open any attachments contained in e-mail messages that may reach you in the name of the United Bank because it may contain a malware that infects your computer.
