اختيار وحماية اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر

• لا تقم بالإفصاح عن اسم المستخدم او كلمة السر الخاصين بك لأي شخص.
• قم باختيار كلمة سر يصعب تخمينها، حيث يجب ان تتكون كلمة من ثمانية رموز على الأقل وتحتوي على حروف وارقام ورموز خاصة مثل ("!"،"@"،"#"،"$").
• لا تقم باختيار كلمة سر تحتوي معلومات يسهل تخمينها مثل:
  o اسم المستخدم، اسمك، أسماء اقاربك أو أسماء ابنائك.
  o تاريخ ميلادك او تاريخ ميلاد ابنائك وأقاربك.
  o رقمك القومي او رقم رخصة القيادة او رقم رخصة سياراتك.
• لا تقم بتخزين اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر الخاصين بك على هاتفك المحمول.
• قم بتغيير كلمة السر فورا إذا تشككت انها أصبحت معروفة لشخص اخر.
• لا تستخدم كلمة السر الخاصة بالإنترنت البنكي على أي موقع اخر على شبكة الانترنت.

استخدام الانترنت البنكي

• لا تقم بالدخول على حساب الإنترنت البنكي الخاص بك من أجهزة حاسب غير موثوق بها.
• استخدم دائماً النسخ الأصلية من البرمجيات لتفادي إصابة جهازك بالفيروسات.
• تأكد ان برنامج الحماية من الفيروسات الخاص بك يعمل ومُحدّث قبل الدخول على الانترنت البنكي.
• تأكد دائما من صحة عنوان المصرف المتحد في متصفح الانترنت قبل الدخول: https://www.theubeg.com:4343/eb/internet .
• تأكد ان علامة القفل وكلمة “https" تظهران امامك باللون الأخضر قبل الدخول: .
• راجع دائما أخر موعد دخول ناجح على موقع الانترنت البنكي بعد دخولك.

احذر محاولات الاحتيال

• إعلم إن المصرف المتحد لن يطلب منك ابدا تحديث بيانات دخولك على الانترنت البنكي او بياناتك الشخصية عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• لا تقم بالضغط على أي روابط تحتويها رسائل البريد الإلكتروني التي قد تصلك بإسم المصرف المتحد حيث انها في الغالب رسائل احتيال تهدف لسرقة بياناتك.
• لا تقم بفتح أي مرفقات تحتويها رسائل البريد الإلكتروني التي قد تصلك بإسم المصرف المتحد لأنها قد تحتوي على فيروسات أو برامج ضارة.
• المصرف المتحد لن يطلب منك تعديل بياناتك أو عمل أي معاملات مصرفية أو توكيلات إلا عن طريق حضورك شخصيا للفرع .

  Customer Awareness Messages

Username and Password Security

• Do not share your internet banking username and password with any person.
• Choose strong passwords for your internet banking access. A strong password must consist of at least 8 characters and must contain letters, numbers and special characters like (“!”, “@”, “#”, “$”) .
• Do use passwords that contain easily guessable information like:
  o Your username, name, name of spouse and children.
  o Your birthday, spouse birthday, children birthday.
  o Your national ID number, driver license number, car license number.
• Do not store your internet banking username and password on your phone.
• Change your password immediately if you suspect that it has become known to someone else.
• Do not use your internet-banking password on any other website.

Using the Internet Banking

• Do not login to your internet banking from computers that you do not trust.
• Always use genuine and original software to avoid virus infections to your computer.
• Ensure that your antivirus software is running and updated before you login to the e-banking service.
• Always validate the correctness of the United Bank e-banking website address, in your browser, before logging in. The correct website address is https://www.theubeg.com:4343/eb/internet .
• Always validate that the lock symbol and the word “https” are displayed in green before logging in to the United Bank E-banking website .
• Always validate the “last successful login” date displayed on the screen after you login. Change the password immediately if you suspect that someone logged in to your account.

Beware of Fraud

• Know that the United Bank will never send you emails requesting to update, change your login credentials or personal details.
• Do not click on any links contained in email messages that claim to be from the United Bank. They are mostly fraudulent phishing emails aiming to steal your data.
• Do not open any attachments contained in email messages that claim to be from the United bank as they may contain viruses or other malicious programs.
• Know that the United Bank will never ask you to edit your data or do banking transactions or agencies only by your presence personally to the branch.
