The United Bank announced its innovating sponsorship to Reinventing Human Resources Conference organized by the Egyptian Banking Institute- The educating arm for The Central Bank of Egypt, that was in the framework of its strategy aiming to sustainable organizational development and occupational enablement to the innovating leadership.

The one day conference discusses many important axes, that draws a new map to the innovative occupational empowerment to human powers amid the global changes and digital transformation, such as: the human power and digital transformation- professional leadership fundamentals- innovative workplace- innovative skills- building innovation culture- human skills development strategies- the latest criteria to human resources efficiency and development- retirement and social security- demonstrating the latest international practices in human resources management.

Ashraf El Kady- President of UB, comment that investing in the human resources development are among the most important corporate challenges. Thus, UB strategy works on five parallel axes:

The first axes: Developing the work team performance in all UB 68 branches, as well as, in the central administration, in terms of increasing the training hours through the annual extensive training scheme in all banking fields.

The second axes: Building up a team with creative skills enabling it to future leadership. That is through the High Fliers program for investing in the human power development. The program was a big challenge to make UB youth bank with its ideas, management and applications. Subsequently, the qualifying and development process was intensive and integrated for all human powers.

The third axes: Enrolling the electronic education as the latest mean to qualify banking young men and women in UB and EBI.

The fourth axes: Providing the utmost level of social security to the work team, through setting up sustainable development corporate plans and activating visions regarding retirement systems and investing mechanisms to achieve the highest level of social security advantages and raising the sustainable growth rates to work team, either health care level or social security, throughout the occupational years and until the retirement age.

The fifth axes: An integrated and intensive development and qualifying process to all human resources in all ages to guarantee the continual communication on the professional level. The thing that ensures the continuity of sharing experiences to accomplish the highest international quality standards.
