Within the initiative "Our children our eyes"
The United Bank and Sonaa El-Kheir Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and The Egyptian Banks Union examines Hassan Al-Tamaa School’s students in Helwan

The United Bank, in cooperation with Sonaa El-Kheir foundationfor Development, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and in cooperation with the Egyptian Banks Union, organized a medical convoy to inspect Hassan El-Tamaa Primary School’s students in Helwan.
This is part of the "Our Children our Eyes" initiative to detect eye diseases and make the necessary examination for school students to detect anemia, diabetes and skin diseases. In the presence of Major General Khaled Abdel Aal, Governor of Cairo, Major General Ahmed Fouad, Deputy Governor, Major General Mohamed Abdel Hamid, President of the Neighborhood, Dr. Hany El Nazer, Former President of the National Research Center, Dr. Dalia Abdel Qader, Chairman of the Sustainability Committee, Union of Banks in Egypt and Mostafa Zamzam Chairman of the Trustees of Al-Khair Foundation for Development and Gihan Abu Hussein - Director General of Ethar Department for Sustainable Community Development and the team of Ethar Department for Community Development at The United Bank and a group of doctors.
It is worth mentioning that the initiative " Our children our eyes " succeeded in signing a specialized medical examination on 17 thousand students in Fayoum schools through the initiative, which was launched last year and continued its effectiveness for this year. The initiative also conducted 35 crossed eyes corrections and lens impartment and eyelid correction and artificial eye implants. As well as the distribution of medical glasses to students according to the medical diagnosis. The initiative included organizing a number of medical convoys in South Sinai, Sohag, Cairo and Fayoum.
The initiative "Our children our eyes" comes within the role played by the Department of Ethar The United Bank for Community Development to deepen community participation in the field of health and education for children and youth of Egypt and women. Where The United Bank participated in national campaigns, including: 100 million health campaign under the auspices of the President. In addition to participating in the detection of the virus "C" and the United Bank announced the first financial institution free of the virus "C" as well as the work of solidarity and community development with major civil society institutions, including: Misr El Kheir Foundation - Bahia Foundation - Food Bank - National Cancer Institute - and others.
