The United Bank launches in advance - salary payment service for its customers

Under the slogan "Salary in advance, you will not wait till the end of month again" The United Bank launched the service of in advance - salary payment for its customers who work in the governmental and the private sector institutions to facilitate for them to meet their needs and fulfill their sudden obligations.
This service allows The United Bank’s customers whose salaries are transferred monthly to their accounts at the 65 branches of The United Bank, spread throughout the republic, the possibility of obtaining credit facilities in advance of up to 50% of the value of the monthly salary, with a maximum of 50 thousand pounds and a simple competitive return, condition that the amount is paid automatically upon transferring the customer's usual monthly salary.
Through the package of "Your Bank Online" distinguished services provided by The United Bank, the customer can deal directly with the balance 24 hours 7 days, and through the services of mobile banking, internet banking and digital wallet where the customer can make any transfers or pay any obligations, as well as making purchases internally and externally. In addition to the possibility of withdrawing the balance directly through 225 ATMs spread throughout the republic or any of the 65 branches of The United Bank.
Rehab Azmy - head of the retail banking sector - says that The United Bank always strives to meet customer needs, especially during crisis times.
She added that The United Bank has conducted an extensive study on customer requirements, especially in light of the global economic crisis that resulted from the spread of the Corona virus. The study resulted in the customers’ needs for this type of services that would facilitate for them to meet their needs and fulfill their current and sudden obligations.
Rehab Azmy indicated that the state agencies and The Central Bank of Egypt place the Egyptian citizen among the main priorities of vision 2030. Therefore, the Egyptian government has taken many measures, including establishing a plan to increase the salaries of state employees within the 2020-2021 budget, as well as setting a minimum salary aiming to improve the citizens' conditions and their living conditions.
The Central Bank of Egypt has also initiated several national initiatives aiming to support the Egyptian citizen during crisis times; one of them is the initiative to postpone installments due on personal finances, such as: real estate finance clients, microfinance clients or credit cards.
